Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and immediately pointed out upon delivery. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept cartons of bottled water that:

  • Have been opened
  • And complaint noted after delivery

 

To complete your return, kindly inform the delivery person at the point of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Delivery personnel will receive the damaged items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a coupon code worth the value of your order will be sent to you via mail and phone to use for your next order on our website.

Exchanges
